ImageAs a sound engineer he has achieved fame and his Appietus in de mix sig-line has featured on many a hit song.

But in recent times, Appiah Dankwah aka Appietus has taken on a new skill which interestingly seems to be catching on rather well.

Call it the tongues of Appietus and you will not be far from right. It is where the man spews incoherent words on people’s songs yet the songs go on to do well.

Appietus utilized this art form on 55’s muje baya track, then on Assase Aban’s gyae saa song, he does it again, it didn’t take long for Appietus to feature on azonto fiesta, a song by Sarkodie ft Kesse.

From where I sit I can only wish Appietus good luck with his new pastime, who knows, some twenty years later when the craze had taken hold, he might be referred to as the godfather of hip tongues.
