ImageIt is amazing how despite all resources being available one still fails to create a classic album whereas when no support was available with previous projects hits were made.

I dare say that Becca’s latest product ‘time for me’ is not deep and charming as has her other tunes. The 16 track album is solid but by Becca’s own lofty standards songs on this album have not made enough noise and I fear they might just lack the flavour of ‘push’, relevance of ‘daa ke daa, brilliance of ‘forever’    and the richness of ‘African woman’ to entrench Becca in the music culture of the country.

To think the communications giant RLG and beverage dons Kasapreko ltd made financial contributions to this project yet it is not knocking music lovers off their feet  is not too good a sign, perhaps video clips of the tracks might help them soar to generate interest and sales.
