ImageYou might be familiar with the term “Jack of all trades and master of none” but the man I write about has proven that he is a man of many parts and master in charge.

He is George Fausta Baffoe but loved ones and foe alike call him Papa Shotos. He is the general manager of Agona Swedru based Kantinka 99.7 fm but he is also an actor, MC and also an event coordinator.

The former banker has always had a thing for the media but it wasn’t until some 3 years ago that the urge to transition to full media work became irresistible.

It is Papa’s innovation and passion for the work which has made Kantinka fm a market leader in Swedru ahead of Golden Star and Obrempong fm.

It is that same passion which has made Papa a regular panelist on Viasat 1’s “the One show” where he has touched on challenges of courtship, customer care and health and fitness among other topics.

He’s intellectual abilities and communication prowess led to him being appointed as the event commissioner of TV3’s Ghana’s Most Strongest as well as being the communications director for the National Amateur Body Building Association.

Papa Shotos has compered many events including “Mr. Africa” whiles his acting abilities has seen him feature in works like “Inspector Bediako” and Harry Laud’s “No Sex-No Wedding”.

Like a free bird, the chartered administrator has left behind the bureaucratic procedures and stifling chambers of the banks for the thrill and swirl of the media and from the look of things Papa Shotos is a man to watch out for.
