Priscilla Agnes Gadogbe you are a tough nut to crack, a disciplinarian and a no nonsense person. Whiles young, I had a siesta when you had one simply because you wouldn’t leave me to play the tomfoolery whiles you were taking a nap, you sacrificed a great deal of your salary for my upkeep and paying of numerous fees.
My dad, the late Jones Dokosi contributed his lot when he was alive but things became tougher with his passing and it was through those turbulent times that you proved to be the armour on my body, the spear in my hands and the lamp unto my path.
Yes we have had our differences over religion and other issues but the mutual respect we have retained for each other is exemplary and whiles I may have been naïve when young, be reassured that aside God, it is with your guidance, love, discipline and prayers that I have come this far. I do not have the millions yet to make you very comfortable as I deeply wish but know that you are in my heart and mind always.
It is for all these and many others that I with my sister, Endurance Mensah wish you a belated mother’s day for you truly deserve it.
