ImageThat TV3 have again scored high marks with a simple concept translated into a must watch every Wednesday evening is commendable and that the host of the show has brought a lot to bear is also obvious.

Despite the many pluses such as offering a superb opportunity to restaurants or joints to show the world what meals they serve, how they prepare the protein components of their meals as well giving companies related to food and beverages a unique chance to sell their products.

There is an observation I have made, hence my writing this piece, it is that when Kwame Dzokoto, the host is praising the meals he is being shown or when he is interacting with the manageress or cook in charge, a lot of spittle falls into the soups, stews and the other delicacies on display. My humble plea is for Dzokoto to reduce the talking or the meals should be covered to reduce the risk of patrons consuming contaminated meals.
