Is it I or is it not I
Whose eyes saw nothing but the best
Whose lips touched nothing
But the sweetest
The best seasoned
And the finest

Whose fluid was kept always nice and cold
I had a lot but gave not except to whom I moved with, talked with, laughed with, ate with
But today I am a bastard on a strange land and in a horrid state
Eating anything I can lay hands on and drinking from dead ponds

The few whom I shared my wealth with say they don’t know me
Those I ignored laugh at my misery
But it is all due to Time, which will not stand still and let good times last
