Razak Braimah 6 -Had very little to do but well beaten by a shot that hit the side post 4 minutes into the game. He looked indecisive when coming out for set pieces too.

Harrison Afful 7- An active presence on the right side of attack with his intelligent use of the ball .Best chance of the first half with a thunderous left footed shot.

John Boye 6- Easy day at the office. Used his pace well to snuff out the breaks of the Comoros attack.

Jonathan Mensah 6 – Physical and organized his backline well.Could not have wished for an easier return to international football .

Baba Rahman 5- Not much to do as Comoros concentrated their attacks from the right side. Did not go forward as much as he would have liked to.

Mubarak Wakaso 4 – Failed to dictate the pace of the game as his passing in the offensive areas were off. Was tough in the tackle but failed to provide service for the front line.

Afriyie Acquah 4-  Did not see much of the ball and the game went past him. Offered little in attack.

Solomon Asante 3- Was tentative on the right side as he failed to trouble the defense. Slow of thought and execution,he failed to convince he can provide quality back up service in the absence of Atsu.

Jordan Ayew 5- Fought gamely but still struggles with his decision making. Tried to do too much when a simple pass could have sufficed.

Andre Ayew 7 — Was selfish at times with his final ball and should have done better with a shot in the 67th minute. Was unlucky in the 87th minute as his side footed shot cannoned off the side post.

Abdul Majeed Waris 4- Has been in great form in France but looked off the pace in Moroni. Failed to make runs and provided very little goal threat upfront as he darted into cul-de sacs.

Subs do not get rated after 70 minutes

Agyeman Badu- Almost scored with a trademark shot late in the game but was denied by the side posts

Accam -Provided a spark on the lift but his lack of size seems to be a problem for him at international level.

Gyan- Came on for the last 10 minutes of the game and got into decent positions but the ball would not drop for him.
