kukuaNewly crowned Miss Malaika Ghana queen Kuukua Korsah has acknowledged that being declared the winner of the pageantry felt like a dream as the other ladies were equally good.

According to the graduate of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), she has always been intrigued by the Miss Malaika pageantry and after consultations with relations and friends decided to give it a shot.

The lady who beat nine other contestants to win the 2015 edition of the pageant, explained out of the many tasks she undertook, the charity task where her group went to the NICU ward of the Ridge Hospital to pay for detained babies to be released always humbles her given the sums for which the innocent babies were detained because their parents were poor.

On her choice of the Anas themed costume, the queen who has a soft spot for Sarkodie stated on Starr Entertainment that “I knew the choice could harm or enhance my performance since many people either loved or disliked Anas but the focus was about the poetry I delivered which went down well and I have since decided to do more poetry stuff.”

Kuukua Korsah stated that although many things have changed for the better since gaining the crown, not being able to go buy her ‘waakye’ and just let her hair down and do things has it’s low points since she has to now be more conscious and guarded in her actions.

She assured all her passion to pursue education and child trafficking related projects shall soon be manifest.
