Representing Ghana is the lady’s and Fante strongman Pappy Kojo. E.L thanks to his impressive form and enduring ‘Koko’ tune and other sounds earns a call up as well. Rave of the moment Shatta wale, a sure bet retains the trust of Bola Ray to champion the attack of ‘sika man’ for victory.

‘Since Naija no dey carry last’ Mr. Kwabena Anokye Adisi digs deep to lure king of the streets, the ‘baddo’ man Olamide to the International Conference Centre for this epic battle.

Fresh comer Harry Song makes the cut thanks to his wonder hit ‘after the reggae play the blues the blues…” while Flavour N’abania gets to visit his second home after a while.

For 5 years Bola Ray and his Lartebiokoshie based team have effectively staged the ‘Ghana meets Naija’ event attracting some of the biggest names in both countries including Sarkodie, R2Bees, J Martins, Wizkid, Davido, Timaya, Tuface and the Mavins. This year’s edition can only get better. #TGMN16

To spice things up on the night, artistes from both countries have been paired in a bid to ascertain which team secures victory.

Dreadlock brethren Pappy Kojo will test his might against ‘Sakora’ man Harry Song. Lanky E.L will seek to dominate and overbear Olamide who no doubt will prove his street skills can stand him in good stead.

Irrepressible and unpredictable Shatta Wale shall deploy ‘Oya Chop Kiss’, ‘Mahama Paper’ and ‘Kakai’ as well as seek to attempt to put the fear of God into Flavour but the ‘Ada Ada’ man will seek to sanctify the auditorium with his unique Flavour.

‘Give your heart to me’ crooner Mr. Eazi will make an appearance as the neutral guy given that he’s resided in ‘Sikaman’ for a while now although he salutes the white and green flag. Also in attendance at the unveiling were Nii Funny and Gallaxy who no doubt would love to taste the #TGMN16 stage.

Carried live on Starr 103.5 FM from the Eurostar premises, Anita Erskine raised Olamide as well as the others on the phone line to ascertain their preparedness now that the names are out.

Olamide expressed delight with his inclusion disclosing that although his love for Ghana made him travel to Accra every weekend to chill at the Labadi Beach Hotel 5 year’s ago, touring duties have distracted him from being here in 2 years. Already the man with a unique voice has penned down Manifest and R2Bees as persons he seeks to work with in the country.

Harry Song describing his music as afro mix with highlife revealed has never been to Ghana hence his eagerness to come over. Once a struggling entertainer, Harry opined it is music which has brought him this far. The man who started singing in church stated he couldn’t wait “to break his virginity in Ghana”.

“I hope to build on the strides I made in the previous year in 2016. Regarding the show, I shall make my people in Kumasi, Kentinkronu proud” Mr. Eazi submitted.

Currently in Mauritius, Flavour promised delivering a class act to delight the patrons.
