Italian Champions Juventus are planning to exchange Ghanaian International Kwadwo Asamoah for on loan Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado, Calciomercato has reported.
Asamoah is reported to be a target for new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte who is said to be preparing a bid for the 27-year-old.
The Ghanaian international had a fruitless season at Juventus after making just nine appearances for the Club having spent most of his time on the sideline due to injury.
