President Mahama on his Bono Ahafo Regional tour has informed the chiefs and people of Yeji that he’s directed one of two pontoons to be stationed at Yeji since the current vessel only runs on an engine instead of two endangering the lives of the people.

He explained the other pontoon is to be stationed at Dambai which also has a similar handicap with its vessel adding the vessels served citizens when repair works were being undertaken on the Adomi Bridge.

The National Democratic Congress presidential aspirant pointed out that he is a president who bites the bullet and does not lay blame on other presidents adding he has set the economy on course and benefits are being reaped.

He advanced his case noting the cedi is much stable now, investor confidence on a high and inflation reducing, all indicators he stated proves that he merits a second mandate.
