New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirant, Nana Addo was at the Kete Krachi Midwifery Training School as part of his Volta Regional tour and pledged reinstating the nursing trainee allowances although president Mahama recently ate his words back by declaring reinstatement of the allowances.
“Any civil society must have an efficient health system and as nurses you are the salt of the earth but have been neglected by President Mahama but I want you to understand there is hope with a Nana Addo government,” the NPP leader told the nursing trainees.
He declared there was a promise of a bright future adding as President Kufuor did, many interventionist programmes will be rolled out with him as president.
Nana Addo was in Krachi East, Krachi Nchumuru and Krachi West on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, as part of his 5-day tour of the Volta Region.
