Part of the statement read “Africa has found in you and leaders like you, the perfect Apostles of Good Governance and Democracy, who would help in spreading the gospel to the rest of the continent.”

Ghana’s immediate past president also partook of the African Leadership Magazine Awards gala dinner event at the Sandton Sun Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Other dignitaries present were H.E. Bongi Ngema-Zuma (First Lady of South Africa), Chris Kirubi (Kenyan industrialist), Hon Stan Xoese Dogbe, Hon Joyce Bawah Mogtari and many others.

John Dramani Mahama chose to peacefully step down after Ghana’s December 2016 presidential election when results trickling in suggested the opposition leader, Akufo-Addo had taken a lead.

Congratulations JM. Onaaaaaaaaapo.
