Veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie has rendered that although many Ghanaians he encountered in Nigeria claimed he bore a resemblance to former president, Jeremiah Rawlings, he doubted such claims till meeting J.J in person wiped away any such doubt.
“I agree with people who saw we have the resemblance because I know how I look and seeing him here I have no doubt they are right. It appears we have a lot in common,” Chief Edochie stressed.
Mr. Edochie is in the country on an invitation of Kofas Media whose new film project has him as one of over 30 actors featured.
Upon meeting the equally bearded Rawlings, Edochie noted he was now a brother given their shared interest.
“I will be 70 on the 7th of next month and I see Ghana as my second home. I will try to come and commemorate the independence celebration here”, the man who loves playing fearsome characters stated.
Pete Edochie visited Rawlings at his Ridge office in Accra with fellow cast members Nana Ama Mcbrown, Joselyn Dumas, Funny Face, Kalybos, Martha, Dumas and others.
